-  We guarantee that our descriptions are fair and accurate.  If you feel we have misdescribed or misrepresented a stone when you receive it, please return it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging, and we will replace it, provide you full credit for the stone, or refund your money (your preference).

-  We appreciate that coloured stones may appear different in the hand than from an image off a website that you view on your computer or phone.  If you ordered a stone and when it arrives it is not what you expected - please return it within 7 days in its original condition and packaging, and we will replace it, provide you full credit for the stone, or refund your money (your preference).
